RESOLUTION 2021-____ <br />APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR WHITE BEAR LAKE <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT AND XCEL ENERGY FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED <br />NORTH OF 152ND STREET NORTH AND WEST OF FOREST BLVD NORTH <br />(HIGHWAY 61) <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by White Bear Lake School District and <br />Xcel Energy for the property located north of 152nd Street North and west of Forest <br />Blvd North (Highway 61). <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in a parcels described as <br />follows: <br />(See Attached) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property <br />line adjustment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does <br />approve the property line adjustment for White Bear Lake School District and Xcel <br />Energy. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council on April 5, 2021. <br />________________________________________ <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk
