<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Klein, Miron, Weidt <br />PRESENT REMOTELY: Petryk <br />ABSENT: Haas <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, City Clerk Michele Lindau, Washington <br />County Residential Supervisor Lisa Young, Deputy County Assessor (and Commercial <br />Supervisor) Robin Nelson, Property Appraiser Commercial Rebecca Heili, Property Appraiser <br />Residential II Dan Squyres <br /> <br />The Hugo City Council met as the Board of Appeals and Equalization to hear from property <br />owners for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year <br />2022. The Board considered appeals from two property owners and was presented with four <br />maintenance changes recommended by Washington County. <br /> <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve an adjustments to 12607 Fenway Avenue North <br />to $335,700. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve adjustments made to four properties, as <br />recommended by the Washington County Assessor. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Miron made motion, Klein seconded, to adjourn at 6:38 p.m. <br /> <br />All Ayes.
