DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />Thomas Callies has requested an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence <br />within a drainage and utility easement on property located at 5555 157th Way North. <br /> <br />A drainage and utility easement covers a majority of the back yard. It will be properly owner’s <br />responsibility to determine property lines so the fence remains on their property. Staff finds the <br />fence would have no negative impact on utilities or drainage in the area. <br /> <br />2. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the request and recommends that the City Council approve the encroachment <br />agreement for Thomas Callies, for property located at 5555 157th Way North. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
