This information helps us present the City of <br />Hugo and the vacancy to well-regarded candidates, emphasizing the opportunities for <br />leadership and professional growth as well as presenting Hugo as a vibrant and thriving <br />community in which to live and work. <br />We recognize that there is significant competition for experienced local government managers <br />today. For this reason, we work with you to develop a recruitment strategy that includes an <br />aggressive marketing, recruiting and candidate outreach campaign.
