COUNCIL PRESENT: Klein, Miron, Weidt <br />COUNCIL ABSENT: Petryk <br />The Council gathered with friends, co-workers, and family of Finance Director Ron Otkin, who <br />passed away unexpectedly on May 5, 2021. Staff had collected money for the purchase of a <br />birdbath as a memorial that was placed near the patio on the south side of City Hall.
