Approve Final Plat and Development Agreement for Adelaide Landing 61' Addition The Excelsior Group had requested approval of a final plat and development agreement to plat 20 lots and one outlot on a parcel located east of Highway 61 and north of 130th Street North. Community Development Director Rachel Juba explained the development to be known as Adelaide Landing 6th Addition would plat the remaining 46 lots and one outlot from the Adelaide Landing preliminary plat. Klein made motion, Haas seconded, to approve RESOLUTION 2021-16 APPROVING A FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR OP5 ADELAIDE, LLC FOR ADELAIDE LANDING 61h ADDITION. Roll call vote — all ayes. Motion carried. Update on the Yellow Ribbon Network Council Member Chuck Haas reported to Council on the Yellow Ribbon Network activities held recently. He shared pictures of a deployment luncheon for 70 soldiers, who were headed to the Middle East, and their families. There was a photo of a "thank you" note for coffee and doughnuts from airmen who were deployed in January for the Presidential Inauguration. Haas displayed a flyer for a memorial hunt that was held on March 13 for an employee of Wild Wings who died of a heart condition a few years ago. The proceeds of the hunt went to the YRN. The YRN had been contacted to help with rental relief, car repairs, meals, and bobcat work to move a clothing donation box.
