RESOLUTION NO.2020-38 <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />121" STREET/ACRES OF BALD EAGLE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to extend sanitary sewer and watermain and improve all or portions <br />of the following roadways and to potentially assess the benefited property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429: <br />• 1215t Street (Everton Avenue to Falcon Avenue) <br />• Future Acres of Bald Eagle Roadway <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement, called the 12st Street/Acres of Bald Eagle, for study and that <br />the engineer is instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and <br />feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a description of the <br />methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels. <br />This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City o o on the 7tn of June, <br />2021, by a vote of five Ayes and no Nays. <br />S <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />'Cr <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />(seal) <br />
