<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF HUGO <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Bryan Bear, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Construction Payment Request #1 <br /> Hugo Public Works Salt and Materials Storage Building <br /> Ebert Construction <br /> <br />DATE: For the City Council Meeting of July 19, 2021 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Please find the enclosed application for payment for the City of Hugo Public Works Salt <br />and Materials Storage Building project in the amount of $55,963.54. The quantities <br />completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor <br />and city staff. <br /> <br />The amount indicated above reflects the work certified through July 6, 2021 with a 5% <br />retainage applied. The total retainage being held to date will be $2,945.46. <br /> <br /> <br />DESIRED ACTION <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve payment request #1 in the amount of <br />$55,963.54 to Ebert Construction for the construction of the City of Hugo Public Works <br />salt and materials storage building. <br />
