Must be <br />pre-approved by EP Sr. Director. <br /> <br />EXTERNAL MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS (website, email, social media, signage) <br />1. Bike MS marketing communications will be developed to ensure maximum <br />comprehension and compliance; pre-event communications and on-event signage will <br />include: <br />a. Facial Covering guidelines. <br />i. Wash your hands before putting on facial covering. <br />ii. Put the same side against your face each time to avoid wearing the <br />“contaminated side” against your nose and mouth. <br />b. Physical Distancing guidelines. <br />i. Physical distancing at a minimum of 6 feet, etc. <br />ii. Seating areas are designed to meet government guidelines. <br />c. Hand Washing/Sanitizing guidelines. <br />i. Frequent hand washing with soap for at least 20 seconds or use of hand <br />sanitizer when a sink is not available. <br />d. Cough and Sneeze etiquette. <br />i. Covering their cough or sneeze with a tissue, or an elbow or shoulder if <br />tissue is not available followed by thorough hand washing or sanitizing. <br />e. Venue flow or specific movements. <br />i. Information regarding following ground markings or specific queuing <br />instructions <br />f. Sanitation guidelines. <br />g. Medical protocols. <br />i.
