An AUAR cannot be reasonably completed in 120 days. Therefore, <br />works starts before the official order so that the document can be completed. <br /> <br />COST ESTIMATE <br />The cost to complete the above work plan for the AUAR is estimated at $110,000. This includes a <br />required review fee of approximately $125 to process the rare features review request. This <br />expense is considered reimbursable and will be invoiced to the client. Labor for the project will be <br />billed hourly and invoiced to the client monthly. <br /> <br />The following items are excluded from this fee proposal; however, WSB can provide these <br />professional services for an additional compensation, if requested: <br /> <br />• Presentation materials for Planning Commission and/or City Council Meetings related to <br />the Development Concepts. <br />• Cost Estimating services for the Development Concepts. <br />• Detailed Civil Engineering Design (i.e. grading, paving, watermain, sanitary sewer, storm <br />sewer, storm water management, erosion control) for the Development Concepts. <br />• Public Engagement processes. <br />• A Market Study. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide a scope of work for this project.
