Four bids were received. The bids were checked for mathematical <br />accuracy. Please find enclosed the bid summary indicating the low bid as submitted by Peterson <br />Companies, Inc., Chisago City, Minnesota, in the amount of $5,739,685.53 for the base bid. The <br />Engineer’s Estimate was $$6,348,528.50 for the base bid. <br /> <br />Alternate bids were received for the following items <br />Alternate Peterson Companies, Inc.
