RESOLUTION 2021-46 <br />APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR DRENGSON MAY <br />ENTERPRISES, LLC, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13165 EVERTON <br />AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Drengson May Enterprises, LLC, that <br />requests approval of a minor subdivision for property located at 13165 EVerton Avenue <br />North; <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows: <br />(See Attached) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public <br />Hearing on July 8, 2021, and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the minor <br />subdivision for Drengson May Enterprises, LLC, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A minor subdivision is approved to allow the creation of two lots, in accordance with <br />the plans and application received by the City on April 23, 2021. <br />2. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant must provide a grading plan that <br />reflects the current topography and proposed grading. <br />3. The property is subject to the development standards of the Shoreland Overlay <br />District. <br />4.
