I am the publisher of the THE CITIZEN, or the publisher's <br />designated agent. I have personal knowledge of the facts stated in <br />this Affidavit, which is made pursuant of Minnesota Statutes §331A.07. <br />2. The <br />newspaper complies with the conditions described in §580.033, subd. 1, <br />clause (1) or (2). Notw Public -Minnesota <br />MY Commission Expires ,fan 31, 2025 <br />..�� <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />ORDINANCE 2021-506 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING HUGO CITY CODE, CHAPTER 34, <br />FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION, SECTION 34-1, <br />ADMINISTRATION, TO REFERENCE THE PERSONNEL POLICY <br />FOR MEMBER REQUIREMENTS. <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby amend Hugo <br />City Code, Chapter 34 FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION, Section 34- <br />1(g) MEMBER REQUIREMENTS to read as follows: <br />(g) Member requirements. Members of the department shall meet all the re- <br />quirements outlined in the personnel policy. Firefighters shall at all times sat- <br />isfy and meet these requirements established by the city council, and as may <br />be modified from time to time, and shall obey the directives of the fire chief <br />pertaining to performance of duties as firefighters. Failure of any firefighter to <br />meet the requirements or obey directives shall constitute a basis for removal <br />from the fire department by the city council. <br />Section 5. Severabilk& In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction ad- <br />judges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect <br />any other provision of this Ordinance not specifically included with that judgment. <br />Section 6. Effective Date.
