<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF HUGO <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Bryan Bear, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Construction Payment Request #2 <br /> Hugo Public Works Salt and Materials Storage Building <br /> Ebert Construction <br /> <br />DATE: For the City Council Meeting of August 2, 2021 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Please find the enclosed application for payment for the City of Hugo Public Works Salt <br />and Materials Storage Building project in the amount of $152,861.17. The quantities <br />completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor <br />and city staff. <br /> <br />The amount indicated above reflects the work certified through July 31, 2021 with a 5% <br />retainage applied. The total retainage being held to date will be $10,990.79. <br /> <br /> <br />DESIRED ACTION <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve payment request #2 in the amount of <br />$152,861.17 to Ebert Construction for the construction of the City of Hugo Public Works <br />salt and materials storage building. <br />
