RESOLUTION 2001- 11 <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ESTABLISHING VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE FINES AND <br />PENALTIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH HUGO CITY CODE CHAPTER 340. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hugo has adopted an Ordinance establishing <br />a procedure for adjudicating administrative offenses and providing for a schedule of offenses and <br />administrative penalties; and,- <br />WHEREAS, <br />nd, <br />WHEREAS, said ordinance authorizes the City Council from time to time to identify <br />administrative offenses and establish penalties for such offenses. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Hugo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, hereby establishes administrative penalties as listed below: <br />OFFENSE 1 OFFENSE SUBSEQUENT OFFENSES <br />WITHIN ONE YEAR <br />Watering lawn / odd -even violation 25.00 50.00 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fees in this Resolution shall be effective as of <br />May 15, 2001, unless otherwise stated in the Resolution. <br />WHEREUPON, a vote being taken upon the motion, the following members voted in favor: <br />Mike Granger, Chuck Haas, Becky Petryk, Frank Puleo, Fran Miron <br />the following voted against: NONE _; <br />WHEREUPON, said motion was declared duly passed and adopted by the City Council this <br />2nd day of April , 2001. <br />F&AwKMayof <br />ATTEST: <br />4/z <br />Mary & Creager, City Cl
