<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF HUGO <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Bryan Bear, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Construction Payment Request #11 <br /> Hugo Public Works Facility <br /> Ebert Construction <br /> <br />DATE: For the City Council Meeting of September 7, 2021 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Please find the enclosed application for payment for the City of Hugo Public Works <br />Facility project in the amount of $393,604.75. The quantities completed to date have <br />been reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. <br /> <br />The amount indicated above reflects the work certified through August 31, 2021, with a <br />5% retainage applied. Total retainage being held for the project to date is $276,161.00. <br /> <br /> <br />DESIRED ACTION <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve payment request #11 in the amount of <br />$393,604.75 to Ebert Construction for the construction of the City of Hugo Public Works <br />facility. <br />
