- 1 - <br />Schreiber Mullaney #1 <br />September 7, 2021 <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />PARKS COMMISSION REPORT <br />TO: Bryan Bear, City Administrator <br />FROM: Shayla Denaway, Parks Planner <br />SUBJECT: Construction Payment Request #1 <br />Lions Park Pavilion <br />Schreiber Mullaney Construction <br />DATE: September 2, 2021 for the Parks Commission meeting of September 7, <br />2021 <br />1.BACKGROUND: <br />Please find the enclosed application for payment for the City of Hugo Lions Park <br />Pavilion in the amount of $40,836.82. The quantities completed to date have been <br />reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. <br />This is the first payment request and the amount indicated above reflects the work <br />certified through August 31, 2021. A 5% retainage is applied and the total retainage <br />being held for the project to date $2,149.31. <br />2.RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve payment request #1 in the amount of <br />$40,836.82 to Schreiber Mullaney Construction.
