St. Pierre asked if White Bear Lake Schools is officially the new owners of the old public works building. <br /> Anderson informed that the contract is being drafted with buy back options and discussions continue on <br /> managing the rentals of the Rice Lake Center community room. <br /> 4. Other <br /> Denaway updated that staff met with the Rice Creek Watershed District to discuss maintenance of JD 3 <br /> in Clearwater Creek.
