RESOLUTION NO.2021-61 <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO ALL OR PORTIONS OF ROADWAYS IDENTIFIED AS THE <br />2022 ONEKA PARKWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve all or portions of Oneka Parkway from Frenchman Road <br />(CSAH 8) to Heritage Parkway and to potentially assess the benefited property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement, called the 2022 Oneka Parkway Improvement Project for study <br />and that the engineer is instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the <br />council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost- <br />effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a description <br />of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels. <br />This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of ugo on th 7th eptember, <br />2021, by a vote of five Ayes and no Nays. <br />e <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />(seal) <br />
