Miron Farmhand Living Quarters IUP <br /> <br />4. The living quarters shall meet all zoning and building code requirements. <br />This is listed as a condition in the interim use permit. <br />5. There shall be no variances involved in the request. <br />No variances are requested with this application. <br />6. Within 12 months of the date that agricultural operations on the property cease, the <br />second dwelling shall be removed or the property shall be subdivided and meet all code <br />requirements. <br />This is listed as a condition in the interim use permit. <br /> <br />6. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />It’s in staff’s opinion that the request meets all the conditions required for an IUP. <br /> <br />Staff recommended approval of the farmhand living quarters IUP subject to the conditions listed <br />in IUP and the attached draft resolution to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />7. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission agreed the application met the requirements necessary to approve the <br />IUP.
