The living quarters shall meet all zoning and building code requirements. <br /> <br />3. Prior to the occupancy of the farmhand living quarters, a building permit shall be <br />issued and all required work shall be completed. <br /> <br />4. The living quarters shall not be used or rented out for any purpose other than <br />agriculture. <br /> <br />5.
