Lutz Shared Driveway CUP <br /> <br />6. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />It’s in staff’s opinion that the request meets all the conditions required for a CUP. <br /> <br />Staff recommended approval of the shared driveway CUP subject to the conditions listed in the <br />attached draft resolution to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />7. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission agreed the application met the requirements necessary to approve the <br />CUP.
