GRUNDHOFER'S EXPANSION Grundhofer's Old Fashion Meats received approval for an approximately 2,500 square foot addition to the existing 2,880 square foot building on site. The addition will be used to receive product and expand their coolers, while the existing meat market retail area remains the same. Construction was completed this summer and the market continues to be a valued business in the Hugo community. VICTOR PIACE Pratt Ordway Properties began construction of a single story, 13,879 square foot office/retail building. The building is located in the Victor Gardens development, south of Frenchman Road and along Victor Path, and is known as Victor Place. The building is intended for multiple tenants, including Kids Abilities and Nystrom & Associates. Kids Abilities will be relocating from their existing site in Victor Gardens to this new building. EAGIES [ANDING In early 2021, the City Council approved a site plan for 3 one-story office/ ware- house building totaling 38,800 square feet. The site is located on the corner of 130th Street North and Fenway Boulevard North. The buildings will have a total of 14 office/warehouse units, each can accommodate a mezzanine and some will have an outdoor balcony. Construction of the project is underway and is intended for users that may want to store and work on collect- able vehicles within the individual units. HOUSING UPDATE MEADOWS ATHUGO The Meadows at Hugo gained approval of a preliminary plat and planned unit development for 87 single family residential lots in the beginning of 2021. The development is located north of 159th Street North and west of Highway 61. Construction of the first phase started this summer, which includes 47 lots. ONEKA PLACE 5TH ADDITION Oneka Place, located along Oneka Parkway North and north of 159th Street North, started construction of the fifth and final phase of their development. The final phase includes 14 single family lots, completing the 177 total lots proposed for the development. ADELAIDE LANDING 6TH ADDITION Adelaide Landing gained final plat approval for the sixth and final phase of their development. The final phase includes 20 single family lots. The overall development has 324 residential lots and is located north of 130th Street North and east of Highway 61. The development includes a significant trail network and the City's newest park, Arcand Park. ACRES OF BALD EAGLE Located north of 121st Street North and west of Highway 61, the Acres of Bald Eagle development consists of 9 single family lots on approximately 13 acres.
