GRUNDHOFER'S EXPANSION <br />Grundhofer's Old Fashion Meats received approval for an <br />approximately 2,500 square foot addition to the existing 2,880 <br />square foot building on site. The addition will be used to receive <br />product and expand their coolers, while the existing meat market <br />retail area remains the same. Construction was completed this <br />summer and the market continues to be a valued business in the <br />Hugo community. <br />VICTOR PIACE <br />Pratt Ordway Properties began construction of a single <br />story, 13,879 square foot office/retail building. The building is <br />located in the Victor Gardens development, south of Frenchman <br />Road and along Victor Path, and is known as Victor Place. <br />The building is intended for multiple tenants, including Kids <br />Abilities and Nystrom & Associates. Kids Abilities will be relocating <br />from their existing site in Victor Gardens to this new building. <br />EAGIES [ANDING <br />In early 2021, the City Council approved <br />a site plan for 3 one-story office/ ware- <br />house building totaling 38,800 square feet. <br />The site is located on the corner of 130th <br />Street North and Fenway Boulevard North. <br />The buildings will have a total of <br />14 office/warehouse units, each can <br />accommodate a mezzanine and some will <br />have an outdoor balcony. Construction of the <br />project is underway and is intended for users <br />that may want to store and work on collect- <br />able vehicles within the individual units. <br />HOUSING UPDATE <br />MEADOWS ATHUGO <br />The Meadows at Hugo gained approval of a preliminary plat <br />and planned unit development for 87 single family residential <br />lots in the beginning of 2021. The development is located north of <br />159th Street North and west of Highway 61. Construction of the <br />first phase started this summer, which includes 47 lots. <br />ONEKA PLACE 5TH ADDITION <br />Oneka Place, located along Oneka Parkway North and north of <br />159th Street North, started construction of the fifth and final phase <br />of their development. The final phase includes 14 single family <br />lots, completing the 177 total lots proposed for the development. <br />ADELAIDE LANDING 6TH ADDITION <br />Adelaide Landing gained final plat approval for the sixth and <br />final phase of their development. The final phase includes 20 single <br />family lots. The overall development has 324 residential lots and <br />is located north of 130th Street North and east of Highway 61. <br />The development includes a significant trail network and the City's <br />newest park, Arcand Park. <br />ACRES OF BALD EAGLE <br />Located north of 121st Street North and west of Highway 61, the <br />Acres of Bald Eagle development consists of 9 single family <br />lots on approximately 13 acres.
