Resolution 2021-xx <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />variance request for Xcel Energy to allow transmission training poles to be up to 72 feet <br />in height, where 50 feet is required by ordinance, on property located at 13620 Fenway <br />Boulevard North. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 5 h day of April, 2021. <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
