DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit (CUP) for a shared driveway <br />between two parcels. Parcel A is currently landlocked and get accesses though Parcel B to the <br />south to Keystone Avenue North. The driveway has been in place for several years and the <br />applicant is requesting formal approval with the CUP. Both property owners have signed the <br />application and an easement and maintenance agreement. <br />2. CONTEXT: <br />A. Surrounding Land Use and Zoning <br />The properties are zoned Agricultural (AG) and are guided as Agricultural in the 2040 Land Use <br />Plan. Both properties are over 20 acres and are currently vacant. The surrounding properties are <br />also zoned AG and are large lots that are either vacant or occupied by single family homes. <br />B. Natural Characteristics of Site <br />The properties are along the east side of South School Section Lake. They include vegetation and <br />wetlands along the western portion of the sites. <br />
