Building A <br />consist of 5 rental units of 2,400 sf each. Building B consist of 4 units of 4,900 sf <br />each including mezzanines. Building C includes 5 units of 2,400sf each including <br />mezzanines. Each rental unit will have a main entry and an overhead door <br />located adjacent or to the rear of the unit. <br />The three buildings form a complex with an interior courtyard containing much <br />of the parking and all the service area. The development contains 78 vehicle <br />parking spaces <br />(See the attached Parking Calculation). The interior courtyard will be fenced <br />with security gates at the entry. <br />The buildings are clad in high quality architectural metal panels (AMP). The <br />entries and window area accented with an extruded aluminum panel with a <br />wood grain appearance. The buildings will be constructed with innovative <br />technology of pre -fabricated wood components assembled on site. This wood <br />grain material provides an attractive appearance and reflects the wood <br />construction of the buildings.
