Victor Land Holdings, LLC – Site Plan and CUP Amendment <br />8. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the site plan and CUP <br />amendment, subject to the conditions in the resolutions, and added two conditions to the <br />resolution as follows: <br /> <br />• The overhead doors on the buildings within the campus development shall remain closed <br />from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., except for normal operations of the business. The doors shall be <br />promptly closed after moving raw materials into the building for manufacturing and <br />moving finished product outside. <br />• Dumpsters shall not be located outdoors north of the 143,000 square foot building within <br />the campus development. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
