The applicant shall revise the landscape plan to include additional landscaping <br />along the north property line, subject to review and approval by City staff. <br />13. The overhead doors on the buildings within the campus development shall remain <br />closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., except for normal operations of the business. The <br />doors shall be promptly closed after moving raw materials into the building for <br />manufacturing and moving finished product outside. <br /> <br />14.
