RESOLUTION 2022-XX <br /> <br />APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR KALPANA AND <br />TYLER SCHAUBSCHLAGER TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE <br />WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 5859 128TH BAY NORTH. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Kalpana and Tyler Schaubschlager that <br />requests approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a <br />drainage and utility easement on the property located at 5859 128th Bay North , legally <br />described as follows; <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, WILDERNESS VIEW, Washington County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />encroachment agreement for Kalpana and Tyler Schaubschlager on the property located at <br />5859 128th Bay North . <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 3rd day of January, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk
