CITY OF HUGO <br />PARKS COMMISSION REPORT <br />TO: Bryan Bear, City Administrator <br />FROM: Shayla Denaway, Parks Planner <br />SUBJECT: Construction Payment Request #4 <br />Lions Park Pavilion <br />Schreiber Mullaney Construction <br />DATE: December 30, 2021 for the City Council meeting of January 3, 2021 <br />1. BACKGROUND: <br />Please find the enclosed application for payment for the City of Hugo Lions Park <br />Pavilion in the amount of $207,263.12. The quantities completed to date have been <br />reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. <br />This is the fourth payment request and the amount indicated above reflects the work <br />certified through November 30, 2021. A 5% retainage is applied and the total retainage <br />being held for the project to date $39,565.59. <br />2. RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve payment request #4 in the amount of <br />$207,263.12 to Schreiber Mullaney Construction.
