BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />Please find the enclosed application for payment for the City of Hugo Lions Park <br />Pavilion in the amount of $148,273.15. The quantities completed to date have been <br />reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. <br /> <br />This is the fifth payment request and the amount indicated above reflects the work <br />certified through December 31, 2021. A 5% retainage is applied and the total retainage <br />being held for the project to date $47,369.44. <br /> <br /> <br />2. RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve payment request #5 in the amount of <br />$148,273.15 to Schreiber Mullaney Construction.
