Schmid asked if we own Victor Square. Denaway informed that it is a City park but the Homeowners <br />Association installed and maintains the landscaping that exceeds what would normally be included in a City <br />park. Rauschendorfer asked if we could remove the damaged retaining wall to not incur additional cost in <br />repairing. Denaway said yes that it was an option to be talked about with the Homeowners Association to <br />gauge the importance of the landscaping feature, but that there are costs either way. <br />Denaway informed that the SHIP Grant $5,000 was received to support active living for Hugo residents. <br />These funds will be used to install benches along several trails. Benches have been requested in Clearwater <br />cove, Oneka Lake Park, and Heritage Ponds Park. <br />5. Other <br />Shayla Denaway, Parks Planner informed that the City is following Governor's orders which includes no field <br />use for athletics until June 1, 2020. <br />6.
