Shayla Denaway <br />March 12, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />One (1) city staff review meeting of the concept plans will be held to review and discuss <br />the trail plans to determine if the trail is deemed feasible based on ultimate impacts and <br />overall costs. <br />D. Trail Feasibility Plan: If deemed potentially feasible, WSB will prepare a trail feasibility <br />plan, based on the preferred approach from the City, that represents a preferred design <br />solution. This will include plans to a 30% level, estimate of probable costs, and a memo <br />describing the trail route to guide future planning efforts. One (1) staff review meeting will <br />be held. <br />E. Public Meetings: WSB will attend up to two (2) city public meetings to include a Parks <br />Commission meeting to present and discuss the trail feasibility plan and a City Council <br />meeting to approve and adopt the plan. <br />F. Additional Services: Services other than those listed in the Scope of Services above and <br />requested and authorized in writing by the City.
