Next steps include Architect selection, a proposal for the remaining park design, setting a date for community <br />meeting, and coordination with Hugo Gardens and street projects. <br />Strub made a motion, Rauschendorfer seconded to approve the proposal from WSB [dated August 14, 2020] <br />and move forward with design development of Lions Park. <br />Ayes: Roger Clarke, Shawn Haag, Mat Rauschendorfer, Nicole Schmid, Dave Strub, Ranell Tennyson. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Other <br />Scott Anderson, Public Works Director gave an update on the new Public Works Facility. Bids came in 12-15% <br />lower and was awarded to Ebert Construction. Work could start in September with hopes to finish next fall. <br />5.
