agreeable to having it disposed of, I don't know that there would be any legal issue. I would like to
see the land donated to the Sunset Lake Homeowners Association.
I really liked the high quality design work for the two options presented last night, really nice! But,
the consensus seemed to be don't make it much more than a safe place where people could launch
non -motorized boats and fish.
This morning I was thinking that the other piece of city owned land may be a better site because:
1) It's not in a high traffic area
2) There's room for 3-5 parking spots
3) It's easy to launch non -motorized boats
4) A porta-potty and trash receptacle could be placed there
5) Pathways could be made to for access to other parts of the peninsula
The house next to that park (Jim and Barb Alfords) have a private boat ramp that would probably
need a chain across so people don't start launching boats there.
Thank you!
John Rawson
12686 Ingersoll Ave N
Hugo, MN 55038
Caution: This e-mail and attached documents, if any, may contain information that is protected by state or
federal law.
