BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />Please find the enclosed application for payment for the City of Hugo Lions Park <br />Pavilion in the amount of $317,269.68. The quantities completed to date have been <br />reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. <br /> <br />This pay request includes a change order in the amount of $15,474.86 for construction of <br />LED site wall lights and an additional foundation wall. The revised contract amount is <br />$3,100,457.67 and is within the contingency estimate. <br /> <br />This is the sixth payment request and the amount indicated above reflects the work <br />certified through January 26, 2022. A 5% retainage is applied and the total retainage <br />being held for the project to date $64,067.85. <br /> <br /> <br />2. RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve payment request #6 in the amount of <br />$317,269.68 to Schreiber Mullaney Construction.
