S:\Office_SHARED\Resolutions\2022 Resolutions\RSLTN-OrderImprovements-020322.docx <br />RESOLUTION NO. ______ <br /> <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PROJECT AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />140TH STREET EXTENSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 3, 2022, approval of the site design, <br />conditional use permit, and development and assessment agreement for the seventh building in the <br />Schwieters campus development was granted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct the new section of 140th Street from XXX to XXX. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in this Council resolution adopted February 7, <br />2022. <br /> <br />2.
