DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a property line adjustment for his properties located at <br />17100 Ingersoll Avenue North. Both properties are zoned and guided as Agricultural and are <br />35.97 acres and 3.99 acres. The applicant is proposing to adjust the property lines so that the <br />parcels 27.81 acres and 10.84 acres. <br /> <br />2. ANALYSIS: <br /> <br />Section 90-339 of the City’s Comprehensive Land Use Regulations states that, “where adjacent <br />property owners desire to adjust their mutual lot line without creating a new parcel or lot of <br />record, they may request a property line adjustment.” Subd. (2) of this section further states that, <br />“where the adjustment of the property line between two properties retains or causes both <br />properties to be in conformance with the City’s Comprehensive Land Use Regulation, the <br />Zoning Administrator shall provide the application to the City Council for administrative review <br />and consideration.”
