BACKGROUND AND OVERVIEW: <br /> <br />The Bald Eagle Sportsmen’s Association (BESA) has a SUP to operate a gun club on property <br />located at 6557 125th Street North. The SUP was originally approved in 2007 and shall be <br />reviewed prior to December 1st on the even numbered years, or if the SUP is amended or <br />violated. There have been no changes on the property since the SUP was last reviewed in <br />December 2018. <br /> <br />2. ANALYSIS: <br /> <br />Staff visited the gun club on January 21, 2022 and saw that the property is generally maintained <br />and meets the conditions outlined in the SUP. President Dave Arcand and member Al Savage <br />were there to meet with staff. Staff is not aware of any complaints or violations to the operation <br />of the Bald Eagle Sportsmen’s Association. <br /> <br />3. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends renewal of the SUP for the Bald Eagle Sportsmen’s Association. The SUP <br />shall be reviewed again in two years to ensure BESA continues to meet all city ordinances and <br />conditions of approval. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />1.
