RESOLUTION 2022-5 <br />APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR TODD DANIELSON <br />FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 17100 INGERSOLL AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Todd Danielson that requests approval of a <br />property line adjustment for properties located at 17100 Ingersoll Avenue North <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as <br />follows: <br />(See Attached) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br />adjustment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line <br />adjustment for Todd Danielson. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 7t' day of February <br />A da <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
