They <br />would be paying for the watermain, and the City would be paying to oversize it. Staff was <br />requesting the Council approve the plans and specifications and authorize advertisement for <br />bids. The contract would be awarded in April, 2022. <br /> <br />Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to approve RESOLUTION 2022-13 APPROVING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR THE 140TH STREET EXTENSION PROJECT. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Redistricting Workshop on Monday, March 14, 2022 <br /> <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded the Council they scheduled a workshop on the <br />redistricting of City wards and precincts for Monday, March 14, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. at Hugo City <br />Hall. <br /> <br />Schedule Bus Tour for Saturday, October 1, 8, or 15, 2022 <br /> <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear recommended Council select a date on which to hold the <br />Citywide Bus Tour. <br /> <br />Klein made motion, Petryk seconded, to schedule for Oct 1, 2022. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Klein made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn at 7:54 p.m. <br /> <br />All Ayes.
