DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />Brad and Mary Dinndorf have requested an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a <br />fence within a drainage and utility easement on property located at 6593 145th Circle North. <br /> <br />A drainage and utility easement covers a significant portion of the back yard and along the side <br />yard lot lines. It will be properly owner’s responsibility to determine property lines so the fence <br />remains on their property. Staff finds that the fence would have no negative impact on utilities or <br />drainage in the area. <br /> <br />2. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the request and recommends that the City Council approve the encroachment <br />agreement for Brad and Mary Dinndorf at 6593 145th Circle North. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
