DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br /> <br />Terrance Reetz has requested an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within <br />a drainage and utility easement on property located at 6593 145th Circle North. <br /> <br />A drainage and utility easement covers a significant portion of the back yard and along the side <br />yard lot lines. It will be properly owner’s responsibility to determine property lines so the fence <br />remains on their property. Staff finds that due to the location of stormwater pipes and the <br />drainage on site, the fence may not encroach the drainage and utility easement on the west or <br />north sides of the property. However, staff is comfortable with the fence encroaching the <br />drainage and utility easement along the easterly property line. <br /> <br />2. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the request and recommends that the City Council approve the encroachment <br />agreement for Terrance Reetz at 12560 Foxhill Avenue North. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
