Resolution 2022- Redistricting along said border to its intersection with T.H.61, thence southerly along the centerline of T.H.61 to the intersection of T.H. 61 and Frenchman Road, thence westerly along the centerline of Frenchman Road to the point of beginning Ward 2, Precinct 4 Beginning at the intersection of Elmcrest Avenue (west border of the City) and the southern border of ISD 831 (Forest Lake), thence northerly along the centerline of Elmcrest Avenue to the intersection of 180a' Street (north border of the City) thence easterly along the centerline of 1801 Street to Henna Avenue, thence southerly along the centerline of Henna Avenue to its intersection with 165a' Street, thence westerly along the centerline of 165a' Street to its intersection with Harrow Avenue, thence southerly along Harrow Avenue to its intersection with the south border of ISD 831, thence westerly along said border the point of beginning. Ward 3, Precinct 5 Beginning at the intersection of 140'h Street and T.H. 61 (Forest Blvd), thence northerly along the centerline of T.H. 61 to the point of its intersection with the northern boundary of ISD 624 (White Bear), thence easterly along said boundary to its intersection with Harrow Avenue, thence northerly along the centerline of Harrow Avenue to its intersection with 165a' Street, thence easterly along the centerline of 165 h Street to Henna Avenue, thence northerly along the centerline of Henna Avenue to its intersection with 180th Street, thence easterly along the centerline of 180'' Street (north border of the City), to its intersection with Keystone Avenue (east border of the City), thence southerly along the east border of the City to the to the point of its intersection with the border of ISD 834 (Stillwater) and ISD 624 (White Bear), thence following the borders of ISD 834 and ISD 624 southwesterly towards the intersection of the northeast corner of ISD 832 (Mahtomedi), thence west along the said boundary of 832/624 to its intersection with Goodview Avenue, thence north along the centerline of Goodview Avenue to Egg Lake Road, thence west along the centerline of Egg Lake Road to 140th Street, thence westerly along the centerline of 140'n Street to the point of beginning. Ward 3, Precinct 6 Beginning at the south border of the City at the west boundary of ISD 832 (Mahtomedi), thence northerly along the west boundary of ISD 832 to the north boundary of ISD 832, thence easterly along the north boundary of ISD 832 to its intersection with the west boundary of ISD 834 (Stillwater), thence northeasterly following the north boundary of ISD 834 to its intersection with Keystone Ave, thence southerly along the centerline of Keystone Avenue (eastern border of the City) to its intersection with the south border of the City, thence westerly on the southern border of the City to the point of beginning.
