<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Weidt called the workshop to order at 5:05 <br /> <br /> <br />PRESENT: Klein, Petryk (via ZOOM), Strub, Weidt <br />ABSENT: Miron <br />STAFF PRSENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, City Clerk Michele Lindau <br /> <br />Every ten years upon completion of the United States census, cities are required to use the census <br />data to confirm or reestablish ward boundaries to ensure equal representation. The Council held <br />this workshop to review the data which showed all three wards increased nearly the same in <br />population over the past ten years. Council agreed to keep the same ward boundaries and <br />reestablish precinct boundaries and polling locations. Staff will present a resolution to the <br />Council at their meeting on March 21, 2022, to approve the redistricting plan. <br /> <br />Weidt made motion, Klein seconded, to adjourn at 5:25 p.m. <br /> <br />All ayes.
