RESOLUTION NO.2022-21 <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF FARNHAM <br />AVENUE NORTH <br />FROM 149TH STREET NORTH TO ONEKA PARKWAY NORTH <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Hugo has received concerns from residents along Farnham <br />Avenue North between 149' Street North and Oneka Parkway North that the road is too narrow <br />to allow for parking on both sides of the roadway while still allowing traffic in both directions; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the existing roadway width on Farnham Avenue North between 149th Street North <br />and Oneka Parkway North is 35 feet as measured from back -of -curb to -back-of-curb and does <br />not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the street; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Hugo staff is in agreement that Farnham Avenue North between 149th <br />Street North and Oneka Parkway North should restrict parking to the east side of the road only to <br />allow traffic in both directions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br />1.
