Premier Bank - Sketch Plan <br />Stormwater management <br />The plan does not show a location for stormwater management on the property. The <br />applicant will need to incorporate stormwater management into the site design. This may <br />change the layout of the building and parking area. <br />4. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br />There are details on the plan that have been fully evaluated since this is a sketch plan <br />application. At the time a site plan application is submitted, they will be further evaluated <br />with additional information that will be required. <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission provide feedback on the sketch plan to <br />the applicant.
