Hugo Downtown Framework Plan <br />Final Plan & Design Guidelines <br />Signage <br />• Downtown signage is critical to the character of the area, especially at night; all downtown <br />signage is subject to careful review with the City and must comply with all zoning and <br />ordinance requirements for size, placement, materials, etc; <br />• Signage and graphics should be integral to the building architecture or used as a <br />decorative design element.
