BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />Please find the enclosed application for payment for the City of Hugo Lions Park <br />Pavilion in the amount of $479,376.98. The quantities completed to date have been <br />reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. <br /> <br />This pay request includes a change order in the amount of $14,654.12. The change order <br />was for six items: and additional card reader rough-in, added lights, T-stat wiring, hand <br />dryer change, drip cap change, glass change. The revised contract amount is <br />$3,115,111.79 and is within the contingency estimate. <br /> <br />This is the eight payment request and the amount indicated above reflects the work <br />certified through March 25, 2022. A 5% retainage is applied and the total retainage being <br />held for the project to date is $130,751.98. <br /> <br /> <br />2. RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve payment request #8 in the amount of <br />$479,376.98 to Schreiber Mullaney Construction.
