RESOLUTION 2022-___ <br />APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR MICHELE BROUSE <br />TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND <br />UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13474 FONDANT <br />TRAIL NORTH <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Michele Brouse that requests approval of an <br />encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage and utility <br />easement on the property located at 13474 Fondant Trail North, legally described as <br />follows; <br />Lot 5, Block 5, Adelaide Landing 5th Addition, Washington County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does <br />approve the encroachment agreement for Michele Brouse on property located at 13474 <br />Fondant Trail North. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd day of May, 2022. <br />________________________________________ <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />_________________________________ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk
